Why am I receiving notifications to set up utilities?

Moving into a new home? We’ve got you covered! The utility set-up website sends timely notifications to help you complete your utilities on time before your move, so you and your property manager can rest easy!


How Notifications Work

Reminders are sent automatically by your property manager. You’ll get alerts via email and text, so you never miss a step!

Notifications are sent on a timely basis:

  • 2 Weeks Before Move-In: First reminder.

  • 5 Days Before: Second ping.

  • 3 Days Before: Third nudge.

  • 2 Days Before: Almost there!

  • 1 Day Before: Final reminder.

When Do Notifications Stop?

Notifications end when you complete the utility set-up form on the website by providing:

  • Account ID or Confirmation Number for each utility.

  • Activation Dates.

  • What do I do if I don't have an Account ID?

    • Select "No ID available?"

    • Upload Screenshot of Confirmation: Upload a screenshot of a confirmation email from the utility provider.

Once every utility has that done, you’re all set!

Didn’t Get Notifications?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Ensure your phone and email are correct in the form.

  • Still no luck? Text us for help!

Still Getting Notifications After Completing the Form?

  • Double-check all fields, especially Account ID and Activation Date.

  • If it’s complete and notifications persist, contact support, and we’ll fix it quickly.
